AUTHENTICITY

All items sold by Luv Preloved are guaranteed authentic. I source carefully and stand behind every piece I sell.

If you have an authenticity concern, please contact me. Opinions from friends, online comments, or store sales associates alone are not a professional authentication assessment. Concerns should be supported by a written assessment from a trusted independent third-party authenticator.

If an item is confirmed to be inauthentic, a full refund will be issued upon return. Please stop using the item once a concern arises and contact us to arrange its return.

PRODUCT PHOTOS & AI TRY-ON IMAGES

Actual product photos show the exact item you will receive. They are never AI-generated, retouched, or enhanced to alter the item’s condition.

AI is used only for try-on images to illustrate styling and approximate scale. These images are not an exact reference for size, fit, color, or condition. Please rely on the actual product photos, listed measurements, and written description when deciding.

Lighting, camera angles, and screen settings may cause colors to appear slightly different.

UNDERSTANDING PRE-LOVED & VINTAGE

Most of our pieces are pre-loved or vintage, with a history that may not be fully known. Signs of use, storage, aging, scent, previous repairs, or age-related weakening may be present.

I do my best to photograph and describe noticeable wear, known repairs, and relevant details. During live selling, items are shown in real time, and minor details may not always be caught or mentioned.

Pre-loved does not mean flawless, and a condition rating is not a guarantee of remaining lifespan. Leather, stitching, glazing, straps, and hardware can weaken over time, even when a piece looks well maintained.

If scent, weight, fit, a particular area of wear, or any other detail matters to you, please ask before purchasing.

LUV PRELOVED CONDITION GUIDE

Condition ratings describe the item’s overall appearance. Always read the individual listing for specific wear, flaws, functionality, and inclusions.

Well Loved
Visible signs of frequent use, such as marks, scuffs, darkening, fading, or aging to the leather and hardware. Functional unless otherwise stated; some pieces may benefit from repair or restoration as described in the listing.

Good
Noticeable signs of wear, which may include corner wear, marks, fading, or general aging. Still presentable, with specific flaws noted in the listing.

Very Good
Light signs of use, with minor wear that may appear on the corners, interior, leather, or hardware. Overall well maintained.

Excellent
Very minimal signs of use. Faint scratches or slight wear may be visible upon close inspection.

Like New
Little to no visible wear. This rating describes appearance and does not necessarily mean the item has never been used.

Brand New or Unused
Never used, though the item may have been handled, stored, or taken out for photos. Any known storage-related wear will be disclosed. Original packaging and accessories are included only when specifically listed.

BEFORE YOU DECIDE

Please review all photos, descriptions, measurements, and inclusions carefully.

  • Zoom in on the details and disclosed wear.

  • Check measurements rather than relying on try-on images alone.

  • Ask for additional photos or videos if you need a closer look.

  • Confirm any detail that is important to you before paying.

Only the inclusions stated in the listing come with the item. Boxes, dust bags, straps, certificates, and other accessories should not be assumed to be included.

FINAL SALE & CONDITION CONCERNS

All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, cancellations, or switching of items once paid, except for a confirmed authenticity issue or a significant undisclosed condition issue as described below.

Change of mind, personal preference, fit, or size expectations are not grounds for a return. Disclosed wear and the normal characteristics of a pre-loved or vintage item are not, by themselves, grounds for a return.

Please inspect your item thoroughly upon receipt and before carrying or using it. If you notice a significant issue that was not disclosed, contact us promptly with clear photos and a description so we can review it fairly.

We do not cover damage caused by use, accidents, improper care, or alterations after purchase. This may include additional cracking, peeling, tearing, strap damage, or hardware damage. If the cause is unclear, please contact us for review; using an item does not automatically establish when or why a problem began.

These policies do not limit any rights that apply under consumer protection law.

SHIPPING

Orders ship from Guam, 96929 via USPS. Free USA shipping is available on eligible items; please check the listing for any item-specific restrictions.

Ready-to-ship orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days after full payment clears. Tracking information will be provided.

Estimated delivery is 5–8 business days after shipment. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. USPS handling, weather, and transit delays may affect delivery. Rush or expedited shipping is currently unavailable.

Please double-check your shipping address before checkout. Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect address may be your responsibility. If a shipment has an issue, contact us so we can help review the tracking and next steps.

Pre-orders follow the timing and shipping or pickup options stated in their individual listings.

LOCAL PICKUP 

Local pickup is available in Guam by confirmed appointment only. After checkout, message us with your order number to arrange a date and time.
