Most of our pieces are vintage or pre-loved and come
with an unknown history. Signs of use, aging, storage,
scent, previous repairs, or age-related weakening may
be present.
Please inspect your item thoroughly upon receipt
and before carrying or using it. If you notice a
possible undisclosed major flaw, contact us promptly before
use so we can review it. If confirmed, a full refund will
be issued once the item is returned unused and in the
same condition received.
Vintage materials, stitching, glazing, hardware, and
leather may weaken with age, even when an item appears
to be in good condition. Damage caused by use, accidents,
or improper care after receipt is not covered. This does
not exclude review of a possible undisclosed issue that
was present when the item arrived.
All items are guaranteed authentic.
If an item is determined to be inauthentic by a trusted
independent third-party authenticator, all payments made,
including any deposit, will be refunded once the item
is returned in the same condition received.
