Before purchasing or claiming from Luv Preloved, please take a moment to read and understand the following.

1.0 AUTHENTICITY & COMMITMENT

At Luv Preloved, authenticity is non-negotiable.

All items are carefully sourced, and I stand fully behind what I sell. I understand that trust is everything when it comes to buying luxury.

Feedback from anyone or any store sales associate is not considered official authentication, as authentication requires a certified third-party process.

For any concerns, I recommend using a recognized professional authenticator, and I’m always happy to guide you through it.

If an item is proven not authentic by a recognized third-party authenticator, I will take full responsibility and issue a refund.

I take authenticity very seriously. I would rather walk away from a sale than ever sell anything that is not authentic.

Every item I offer is something I am confident in, no exceptions.

2.0 CONDITION, DISCLOSURE & PRESENTATION

I aim to show all wear, flaws, and details as clearly and honestly as possible through photos, videos, captions, and live selling.

During live sessions, items are presented in real time. While I do my best to highlight all details, minor or micro flaws may not always be caught or mentioned immediately.

Please also note:

• Lighting, camera angles, and screen settings may slightly affect appearance
• All photos are of the actual item you will receive
• Nothing is intentionally hidden

If I ever miss a major flaw that significantly affects the item and was not disclosed, I will take responsibility and resolve it fairly.

3.0 VINTAGE & PRE-LOVED NATURE

All items are vintage and pre-loved.

They have been used, loved, and stored over time. Signs of wear and natural scent due to age or storage are normal and expected.

A completely brand-new condition or scent-free item is not realistic unless stated otherwise.

4.0 SALES POLICY

All sales are final.

No returns.
No exchanges.
No cancellations.
No switching of items once paid.

Because these are pre-loved items, and due to handling and hygiene considerations, items cannot be returned once they have been shipped and received.

Please note:

• Change of mind, fit, size expectations, or personal preference are not valid reasons for return
• Vintage condition, normal wear, or scent are not considered defects
• Failure to review photos or request additional details prior to purchase does not qualify for return

All items are sold as-is, based on the information, photos, and disclosures provided.

5.0 BEFORE YOU PURCHASE

Before making a purchase, please take your time to ensure you are fully comfortable with your decision.

• Carefully review all photos
• Zoom in and check details
• Request additional photos or videos if needed
• Ask any questions you may have

If something matters to you, please ask, as what may be important to you may not always be highlighted unless asked.

I am always here to assist you before you claim.

6.0 SHIPPING, PICKUP & HANDLING

All items are shipped from Guam, 96929 via USPS.

• Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days
• Tracking information will always be provided

I ship promptly and ensure each item is securely packed.

Local pickup is available by arranged schedule.

Once the package has been handed over to USPS:

• Shipping timelines, delays, or issues are beyond my control
• Delays due to weather, transit, or carrier handling may occur

For both shipping and pickup, once the item has been released or received, it is considered final.

7.0 BY PURCHASING

By purchasing or claiming an item, you confirm that:

• You have carefully reviewed all photos and descriptions
• You understand and accept the vintage/pre-loved nature of the item
• You acknowledge that all sales are final
• You acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined under “Before You Claim — Luv Preloved”
