All orders are shipped from Guam, 96929 via USPS.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment has been completed.

Estimated delivery time is usually 5–8 days, depending on USPS handling and transit updates.

At this time, rush or expedited shipping is not available. Delivery timelines are non-negotiable, so please place an order only if you are comfortable with the stated timeframe.

All items are final sale due to the nature of preloved and vintage luxury pieces. No returns or exchanges.

For the fastest and smoothest pickup process, full payment is always preferred.

Cash payment may be accepted only if the item is still available at the time of pickup. Please note that arranging a pickup time does not hold the item. All items are posted across our social platforms and may still be claimed by the first paid buyer.

⚠️ Cancellations & Missed Pickups

If you need to reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible. Life happens, and we understand.

However, repeated no-shows, cancellations, or delayed responses may affect your ability to reserve or arrange pickups with us in the future.
