Well Loved
These pieces have been used often and it shows. Expect visible wear like marks, scuffs, darkening, or aging on leather and hardware. I don’t try to soften this category, what you see is what you get. That said, they’re still functional and can be enjoyed daily, or even refreshed if you like bringing pieces back to life.
Good
Used with noticeable and expected signs of wear. You may see corner wear, marks, or slight aging, but nothing that affects overall use. This is usually where value sits, not perfect but still very much put together.
Very Good
Light signs of use throughout. Clean interior, minor wear may be present on corners or hardware, but overall well maintained. These are pieces that were used with care and still hold their shape and look.
Excellent
Very minimal signs of use. You might find faint hairline scratches or very slight wear if you really look closely, but overall it presents close to new. For those who want something clean without paying full retail.
Like New
Barely used, if used at all. Little to no visible signs of wear. Structure, hardware, and interior are all in beautiful condition. This is as close as it gets to new in a pre loved piece.
Brand New or Unused
Never used. Some pieces may have only been taken out for photos. May still include original inclusions depending on the item.
